The blade tips are especially hard and durable, the main section of the saw band is flexible without losing any of its durability. These contrasting features were implemented in the manufacture of Amada bimetal saw bands through the use of special electron beam welding. The blades are made from two types of material: i.e., the blade teeth are made from the highest-grade steel for rapid cutting, whereas the main section – from durable steel, and together they ensure performance that is incomparable with the conventional execution of saw bands. These saw bands are distinguished by a high production speed, accuracy and long service life. They can be used to cut various materials, they are bend and torsion resistant and provide a significant reduction in production costs.
