PRECISE, RELIABLE AND EVOLUTIVE
 
In the current market, a laser machine cannot but meet all the above-mentionned requirements, ensure top-ranking results in terms of quality and reliability but it should also provide new functions.
 
The FOMII NT laser represents the third generation of Amada’s proven FO series that was introduced in 1999. It combines Amada's comprehensive know-how (12 000 machines sold up to now). Equipped with a solid-cast frame, cut process monitoring and a high-precision motion system, it can aslo available with new features such as automatic nozzle changer, water assisted cutting, rotary axis. Its design allows the inclusion of a storage and loading tower.

To achieve the highest level of performance, we have chosen manufacturer to be inclusive and not FIBER LASER technology, and that, after five years of study and research.
 
The new high-performance cutting center is equipped with linear motors capable of specific accelerations up to 5G.
 
It has the all new sources 2 and 4 kW for cutting at high speed and medium-sized thin sheets and with this technique allows the cutting of highly reflective materials.

FLEXIBILITY AND PRODUCTIVITY

 
The range of ALPHA lasers is distinguished by its design: the sheet moves in the X axis and the cutting head along the Y & Z axes.
 
This configuration offers the advantage to be able to cut larger sizes with repositioning in X axis, not to change the appearance of fine materials and to be easily equipped with loading-unloading systems.
 
The ALPHA IV series offers many opportunities for finish product: large work chute, simple part removed, micro-junction.

ULTRAFAST AND ULTRAPRECISE

 
Result of customer requirements, the LC-F1 NT series was designed for laser cutting at high speed, ultra precise and high quality. Its innovative design provides flexibility, ergonomics and a very small footprint. With its 3-axis linear motors, a process for fast drilling, its function FFC (Fine Cut Finish) and "SILKY CUT", it offers very high performance level of 0.5 mm to 25 mm depending on the power (2.5 kW, 4 kW, 6 kW). The addition of a nozzle changer and automated environments such as store and extractor parts ASLUL TK raise productivity of LC F1 to a remarkable level.

PACE SAVING AND COST EFFICIENT
 
Not every laser application demands a large machine. Many manufacturers have a large variety of parts, but only produce quantities of one or two pieces. The Quattro is ideal for such small volumes whether they are actual production parts or just R&D development parts. Utilising scrap and trimmings to produce small parts is easy to do on the Quattro. The Quattro's small footprint allows for it to be installed very small spaces, and it can be run at a very low cost.
 
The Quattro laser from Amada is one of the most flexible, cost efficient, space saving and easy to use lasers anywhere.
