In certain circumstances, the separation of parts of their "squeleton" turns out to be economically very disadvantageous. The solutions PR III and PR III UL are intended to overcome this problem.
 
With two programmable arms equipped with suction cups and clamps, the extraction of the parts is realisec during machining. They are located at the rear of the machine and move along a beam located above the unloading table. Large, 1400 X 3400 mm, it accommodates four euro pallets whose surface is completely usable.
 
Version PR III UL also provides unloading of the skeletons. This equipment is installed in addition to the loader / unloader MP Sheet Cat MP, chargers especially for the L III  PR III UL, but also the storage system ASMP. The PR III is available in version 2 & 3 pallets in combination with the storage system ASMP. They are adaptable to the range of punching machines, cutting centers on ALPHA and combined machines EML.

In certain circumstances, the separation of parts from their skeleton is not economically viable. The TK solution is designed to overcome this problem for flying optic lasers.
 
With a programmable manipulator equipped with suction cups, part removal is performed after the sheet has been processed by the laser. This is done outside the cycle without compromising productivity, sorting and stacking of parts in the unloading area, on a pallet, on the floor or on tables. This equipment can be installed with the FLEX MP loading / unloading system or ASLUL storage system. It is available for all Amada flying-optic lasers.
